GymTic is gym management software published by AEGIS TIC, an electronic security integrator based in Safi, Morocco. It manages members, memberships and payments, and directly controls ZKTeco and Hikvision turnstiles, doors and time clocks: a member whose plan has expired can no longer get in.
One entry, second by second
Card, wristband, fingerprint or face, on the terminal or the turnstile reader.

Usually not. Most recent ZKTeco terminals support push mode (ADMS): you only set GymTic's address as the server. Send us the model to confirm.
The door right is removed from the devices and the entry is refused with the reason «expired». The front-desk screen shows it. As soon as the member pays, the right is restored.
Yes. A session is deducted at entry. A second entry within the same visit (3 hours by default, adjustable) is not deducted again.
Yes, but the full value comes from the pair: the turnstile only lets in members whose plan is valid.
For a single entrance with one turnstile and a front-desk screen, count one to two days including setup and training.
